Relationship Therapy

  • Do you need a confidential, non – judgemental space to explore relationship issues ?
  • Do you want to feel confident that you are being helped by the right person, with the right skills?

I have been offering Relationship Therapy since 2014. Along the way, I have amassed hundreds of hours of relationship work.

When you choose to work with me, from the outset we work collaboratively. Together we create a tailored programme that is flexible and meets your changing needs.

Warm, yet direct and occasionally challenging, I can help you ease yourself out of your comfort zone to make any changes needed. You will be given a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore your issues.

You can be seen individually or as a couple. Whichever gender or sexuality, all age groups welcome. Dyads of all types are also welcome  – mother/daughter , mother/son , sister/brother and so forth.

Behavioural Couples Therapy – is increasingly in demand – underpinned by strong evidence that demonstrates how highly effective this method is. This method uses DBT ( Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) with couples/relationship therapy methods.

Indeed, you don’t have to be in a current relationship to seek help. You may be recovering after the breakdown of a relationship, recent or past. Perhaps wanting to explore your role in the breakdown process in order to make positive changes moving forward.
