Relationship Therapy

  • Do you need a confidential space to explore relationship issues ?
  • Do you need  help  to understand where you are right now?
  • Do you want to feel confident that you are being helped by the right person?

I have been offering Relationship Therapy since 2014. Along the way, I have amassed hundreds of hours of relationship work.

When you choose to work with me, from the outset we will work collaboratively. Together we create a tailored programme that is flexible and meets your changing needs.

Warm, yet direct and occasionally challenging, I can help you ease yourself out of your comfort zone and make any changes needed. You will be given a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore your emotions.

You can be seen individually or as a couple, polyamory clients welcome – whichever gender or sexuality, all age groups welcome.

Indeed, you don’t even have to be in a relationship to seek help. You may be recovering after the breakdown of a relationship, recent or in the past.
