Online Counselling & Psychotherapy

Online Counselling : UK wide & international – all locations.

Why choose online counselling. ?

  • You have difficulty in travelling to my office
  • You are frequently travelling for business
  • You are more comfortable and relaxed conducting sessions from your own home, hotel or office.
  • You prefer or need online sessions for health reasons, including COVID-19.

While the use of Online Counselling and Psychotherapy eliminates the need for face-to-face meetings, the focus is still on creating a rapport and providing a safe emotional space. Many clients prefer this option.

As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), I have studied for and passed an 80-hour BACP approved Online Counselling course, I offer sessions via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meets. I work from my usual counselling room which is completely private.

When considering online therapy it is important to check that a therapist is competent, trained and qualified to work online. Most ethical and governance bodies  call on those using remote technology to gain the required competence to offer safe, ethical online practice

Working Online with Me

I have many hours of Online Counselling experience with individuals, couples and groups.

If you choose to work with me online, please make sure you are in a place where you can’t be overheard and you have a secure WiFi connection. It’s OK for you to sit in your car if you can’t create a confidential space in your house.

The space and time provided is for you to talk, express how you are feeling and hopefully help you move forward so you feel more able to manage difficulties in your life and emotions.
