It works as I specialise in traditional and up-to-date effective therapeutic practices, including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Single Session Therapy, Inner Child Healing, Relationship Therapy and Mindfulness.
Developing a unique therapeutic relationship with each client is key.
I mainly work in a psychodynamic way to help understand the origins of any current issues. I also help build coping and resilience skills to manage current feelings and emotions using a person-centred approach. If appropriate, I combine several skill sets.
We will work together using a tailored approach to develop an individualised, bespoke programme of care that is flexible yet robust enough to meet your changing needs.
