FAQs

You do not have to sign any forms until you have met with me or had an initial 15 minute assessment as we need to ensure you understand the forms in their entirety before you sign them.

When you book an appointment online, a link to these forms will be included in the appointment confirmation email that you will receive:

  • Initial Intake Form
  • Social Media Policy
  • Client Service Contract / Confidentiality Agreement

You can fill them out before we meet as this will help save time for answering any questions you may have.

I offer concessionary rate sessions for counselling/therapy students in training. Please ask about current availability and to discuss your circumstances.

Single Session Therapy is also known as One-Off, Standalone and Pit Stop Therapy. The sessions serve as a ‘check-in’ and ‘tune-up’ for your mind – an opportunity to address a single issue or to become unstuck.

I operate a 48 hour rescheduling and cancellation policy, which means that I will not charge if you give notice of 48 hours or more. If you need to reschedule, I will try to offer a suitable time, however if I am unable to, the full fee is due. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, then the full fee is payable.
