Counselling & Psychotherapy. London, Sandwich, N. Essex & Online

A warm welcome. Deciding to have therapy is an opportunity to make changes & discuss things with someone skilled, impartial and non-judgmental, – not involved in your day-to-day life.

I offer the most up-to-date effective therapeutic practices, including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Single Session Therapy and Mindfulness. My aim is to work closely with you so that together we create a tailored, bespoke programme of care that is flexible yet robust, & meets your changing needs.

My clients are largely UK-based but also international, and they include individuals, couples and groups. Currently, I work with them in the City of London, including Harley Street, as well as in Sandwich in Kent, and Online. Therapy can be a set number of sessions or ongoing deeper analytical work. I also offer single sessions.

Taking the first step to seek help can be daunting. I hope to make the process a little easier for you.

My way of working is steady, affirming and nurturing, and this helps reduce any symptoms of fear or anxiety you may experience about starting therapy. Warm, yet direct and occasionally challenging, I can help you ease yourself out of your comfort zone and make any changes needed to move forward.

I mainly work in a psychodynamic way to uncover the root causes of the issues you’re dealing with today.  I also help you build coping and resilience skills to address your current feelings and emotions using a person-centred approach rather than revisiting the past.
